Terms, policies and cookies
This website arranges orders for dishes and drinks from the customer (hereinafter referred to as “the customer”) to a restaurant chosen by the customer within the restaurants available on this website. Once an order has been placed, the selected restaurant is responsible for processing the order. This website works continuously to prevent any operational disruption, but can not be responsible for delays or non-ordering due to technical problems.
All personal information stated in the order form must be correct and belong to the person ordering the products. We are not responsible for missed orders due to insufficient or incorrect information in the order form.
This website is constantly updated with information about products. Be aware that content may change and that a product name does not automatically mean the same product components. We reserve the right to write incorrectly and that certain products may be out of stock if raw materials are missing or delivery from a distributor has failed. The restaurant chosen by the customer is responsible for informing the customer about this and offering an alternative.
All orders via this website are binding. Listed prices include VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is made via debit – or credit card (we accept VISA and Mastercard).
Once a payment has been approved, the amount paid will be reserved instantly from the bank account connected to the card. Note that it might take few banking days for the transaction to finalize, meaning that you might see the purchase as “reservation” in your bank account until the transaction has been finalized.
Right of withdrawal
When ordering goods that can deteriorate quickly, such as food, no right of withdrawal applies.
According to Article 4 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), “personal data” is all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”), which can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. The legal basis of data protection can be found in the GDPR.
